Originally hailing from Wisconsin, I ventured East to pursue my MA at Fairfield University. Alongside building a family, I delved into the realm of communication consulting, collaborating with many of the Connecticut businesses spotlighted in this book. With several literary endeavors to my name, my latest work tackled the crucial subject of disaster mental health in the aftermath of our community's profound Newtown tragedy. Inspired by my passion for history and a belief in humanity's resilience, I embarked on crafting this WWII narrative, aiming to showcase the enduring power of human compassion in times of adversity. I eagerly anticipate sharing the myriad intriguing topics explored in this book through engaging presentations.
