I ventured East to attend Fairfield University after leaving Wisconsin. While building a family, I delved into the realm of communication consulting. After Newtown’s profound tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School, I co-authored the book Disaster Mental Health for Rutledge publishing (order here) with LPC Bob Schmidt to meet the mental health needs of disaster survivors and their extended families and communities.

As the U.S. 250th Anniversary approached, I became interested in Connecticut industry in WWII. I found the original 1946 documents that companies sent to the State Department of War in the Connecticut Library archives to write my book.
